Tokyo Ramen Restaurants featured in the 2023 Michelin Guide

Below are the ramen restaurants in Tokyo that were featured in this year’s Michelin Guide. The first three have received a one star and the rest of the list are recommended by the Michelin Guide as a Bib Gourmand. In total, 21 Tokyo ramen restaurants were featured in the 2023 guide. I will be updating with my review of each restaurant once it becomes available. Interesting to note, Japanese Soba Noodle Tsuta, the first Michelin Star ramen restaurant in Tokyo not only lost their star, but have been taken off the guide altogether for the fourth year in a row. Iruca Tokyo, Haru Chan Ramen, Sasaki Seimenjo, and Chuka Soba Sawa are the newcomers to the list. Ramen Koike, Chuka Soba Horikawa, Neiroya, and Menya Sign were taken off the list this year.
